At Team Genesis we believe in the ability to recreate yourself. No matter who you are, where you’ve been, or where you want to go we want to be able to work with you to create a new beginning and work towards your goals.
Communication
Your goal is our goal. We pride ourselves on fostering relationships that are built on trust and good communication. Through attention to detail and an investment in your plan we ensure the best chance at creating lasting positive change. We have a team app with an inbuilt messaging system and detailed weekly check ins to allow proactive adjustments to your personalised plan to have the best chance at success.
COaching
Coaching is more than a generic plan and a pat on the back. At Team Genesis we want to be able to pull the best out of all of our team mates. We achieve this through education of your personalised training and nutrition plan, extensive exercise library and training video reviews to ensure optimal outcomes and daily check ins to ensure we tick the boxes of all the fundamentals of a successful lifestyle change.
Community
Fitness can be a lonely journey. At Team Genesis we want to make this challenging journey as stress free as possible. We want to foster a team that aren’t just individuals working towards their own goals but a family that cheers each other on. Gain access to a private FB group where likeminded people are sharing wins, stories and future goals
